I'm a Non-Profit - Where to Start?

 Non-profits face unique challenges; often the three biggest problems faced in any non-profit are securing project funding, spending too much/too little on administration and not re-investing for the future. Project funding (at least for government grants) is typically cyclical and project-specific, and usually offers next-to-no-money for overhead costs. And it's a real problem: without the overhead, you can’t afford to pay the people that do the work, or keep the lights on so they have somewhere to do it.  We can help look at the existing organization, who is tasked with deliverables and help define, design and enable a structure for success
